Relay

Operational memory for nomadic work

The context layer for people who work from anywhere.

Our mission

Mission

Relay exists because nomadic work has an invisible tax: the hours spent researching visa extensions, comparing coworking day passes, figuring out which neighborhood has stable power during monsoon season. Every move means restarting from zero.

We're building the operational memory layer for people who've decoupled their income from a fixed address. Not a social network or a city guide—a structured knowledge system that remembers the tedious details so you don't have to.

What we believe

  • **Logistics shouldn't be a recurring cost.** The playbook for living in Chiang Mai exists; it's scattered across Reddit threads and expired blog posts. Centralizing it creates compounding value.
  • **Context is the product.** Generic advice is cheap. Relay knows your visa nationality, your work rhythm, your risk tolerance for sketchy ATMs.
  • **Maintenance is half the job.** A stale visa guide is worse than none. We treat knowledge freshness as a first-class metric.

Our first vertical is the Thailand/Bali/Portugal circuit because the density of nomads creates forcing functions for quality. If we can solve handoff between Chiang Mai and Canggu, we can solve it anywhere.
